Special Instructions:
1. Completion of application forms will require you to have specific data codes for address, visa, and previous educational history. Open the following links in a separate browser window BEFORE you open your application form in its own window: Texas County codes, US State codes, and Country codes , Previous Institutions codes, degree codes, and subject of study codes for previous education.
2. The application form MUST open within the browser window using an Adobe Reader Plug-in, not in a separate Adobe Reader window. This is controlled by a preference setting in the user's Adobe Reader program. With Adobe Acrobat Reader open, use the Edit menu to select Preferences and set the Internet Web Browser Options to "Open PDF in browser".
