UTHSC-H Concurrent/Inter-Institutional Enrollment

Agreements between specified universities have been established to facilitate with the admission and registration process. Students must be currently enrolled at their home institution in order to participate.

You are a UTHSC - H Student who wishes to enroll at one of the following institutions. Click on the institution name for instructions and application forms.

You are NOT a UTHSC - H student and are a current student at one of the following institutions. Click on the institution name for instructions and application forms.

 

You are a UTHSC - H student and wish to enroll in one of the following institutions: Baylor Graduate Medical Sciences, Rice University, Texas Woman's University, The University of Texas at Brownsville, The University of Texas at El Paso, TheUniversity of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, University of Houston.

Procedures for Enrollment as a non-degree student at Texas Woman's University

  1. Print and fill out the concurrent enrollment form.
  2. Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
  3. Submit the form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
  4. List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from Texas Woman's University's Office of the Registrar.
  5. Texas Woman's University's Office of the Registrar or the student should return a copy of the completed enrollment form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar (7000 Fannin, Suite 2250).
  6. You will be registered for your courses and will be assessed tuition and fees according to the schedule at Texas Woman's University.

Procedures for Enrollment as a non-degree student at University of Houston

  1. Print and fill out the concurrent enrollment form.
  2. Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
  3. Submit the form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
  4. List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from University of Houston's Office of the Dean of Graduate & Professional Studies.
  5. The University of Houston's Office of the Dean of Graduate & Professional Studies or the student should return a copy of the completed enrollment form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar (7000 Fannin, Suite 2250).
  6. You will be registered for your courses and will be assessed tuition and fees according to the schedule at University of Houston.

Procedures for Enrollment as a non-degree student at The University of Texas at Brownsville

  1. Print and fill out the concurrent enrollment form.
  2. Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
  3. Submit the form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
  4. List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from The University of Texas at Brownsville's Office of the Registrar.

Procedures for Enrollment as a non-degree student at Rice University

  4. List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from The University of Texas at Austin's Office of the Registrar.
  5. The University of Texas at Austin's Office of the Registrar or the student must return the completed copy of the enrollment form to UTHSC-H, Office of the Registrar (7000 Fannin, Suite 2250).
  6. You will be registered for your course once the completed form with all required signatures has been received and any hold on your record removed. Tuition and fees will be assessed according to the schedule at UTHSC - H.

Procedures for The University of Texas at Brownsville Student for enrollment at UTHSC-H as a non-degree student

  1. Print and fill out the concurrent form and application.
  2. Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
  3. Submit the form to The University of Texas at Brownsville, Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
