| Health insurance is required of all students.The Board of Regents has authorized the assessment of a health insurance fee for each semester to each student who cannot provide evidence of continuing coverage under another approved plan. The waiver form may be obtained from the Registrar's Office, Auxiliary Enterprises, or by clicking on this link: Health Insurance Waiver form. Details on the insurance plan are available in the Auxiliary Enterprises' office or by calling 713-500-8400. PLEASE NOTE: The form must be submitted no later than the 12th class day of the Spring and Fall term, and the 10th class day of the Summer term. If you do not take action by the deadline, you must pay the insurance assessed to you. |
