All students will be automatically enrolled in Summer 2008 courses.

Late Registration occurs during the first four days of the summer term or during the first twelve days of the fall and spring semesters.  Students registering during late registration will be assessed a $15.00 Late Registration Fee.
Students may not register after late registration closes.



Note: Dropping a class using UTLINK will make no entries on the transcript.
All students May 19 - 23, 2008

MD Anderson students should notify their program director prior to making any schedule changes.

Students wanting to completely withdraw from the institution must contact the Registrar's Office at (713) 500-3341.

Fee payment due dates:
All students May 9, 2008
Late fee payment dates - Add a $15 late charge.

Notice: Payment should be made to the Student Financial Services' Office before 5:00 p.m. on these dates.

Students whose registration has been canceled due to nonpayment will not be reinstated.

Special Note: Non-Sufficient Funds Checks
Students who pay tuition and fees with non-sufficient funds checks will have their registration canceled unless full, cash payment is made by above deadlines. PLEASE NOTE: Students whose registration has been canceled will not be reinstated.
Special Note: Sponsored Students
You are responsible for providing billing information to the Registrar's Office prior to the dates listed above. If the information is not in the Registrar's Office by these dates, students must pay tuition & fees to avoid cancellation of registration. PLEASE NOTE: Students whose registration has been canceled will not be reinstated.



Students receiving financial aid for the first time must complete an entrance interview before their first disbursement of funds for the year. Please call the financial aid office, 713-500-3860 or access the Student Financial Aid website to complete a financial aid entrance interview.
