1. Completion of application forms will require you to have specific data codes for address, visa, and previous educational history. We have received reports from applicants who are having significant problems using Adobe Acrobat V7. Please do not attempt to submit your application using Acrobat Reader V7. You may download a free copy of a previous (V5.05 - V6.01) or current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the image below.

Mac users may want to try using Opera, a free browser available at www.opera.com. This is one of the two browsers which will allow Mac users to log into UTLINK to check the status of your application. The other is Internet Explorer for Mac, which is not readily available.

The application form MUST open within the browser window using an Adobe Reader Plug-in, not in a separate Adobe Reader window. This is controlled by a preference setting in the user's Adobe Reader program. With Adobe Acrobat Reader open, use the Edit menu to select Preferences and set the Internet Web Browser Options to "Open PDF in browser".
